Patio Services
Paver Sealing & Patio Floor Coatings
Florida sun bleaches pavers, summer rain washes out the joints, and bare concrete stains a little more every year. We clean, re-sand, seal, coat, and paint patio surfaces across Central Florida — so they look new far longer than a quick pressure wash ever could.

Every Surface, the Right Treatment
- Why H2Oasis
Sealing Is Chemistry, Not Just Spraying
A seal coat is only as good as the prep underneath it. We deep-clean first, treat efflorescence and organic staining, let the surface dry to the right moisture level, re-sand the joints, and only then seal — with a breathable product matched to your pavers and the finish you want. Rushing any one of those steps is how you end up with the milky, peeling haze you’ve seen on other driveways.
“Breathable sealers that won’t trap moisture, polyaspartic coatings that don’t yellow in Florida sun, and joint sand locked where it belongs — done once, done right.”
- How It Works
From Faded to Finished in Two Visits
1.
Deep Clean, Treat & Re-Sand
Visit one is all prep: surface-specific pressure washing, efflorescence and stain treatment where it’s needed, then fresh joint sand swept and compacted. We schedule the finish visit only once the surface has dried to the moisture level the product needs.
2.
Seal, Coat or Paint — Then Cure
Visit two is the finish: sealer, polyaspartic coating, or patio paint laid down in even, checked passes. You get straight answers on cure times — hours for polyaspartic, about a day for most sealers — and a walkthrough before we call it done.
