AbstraScapes LLC, doing business as H2Oasis Pools & Patios (“H2Oasis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or request an estimate, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.

The short version: we collect what we need to quote and perform your work, we never sell your personal information, and the marketing you see from us never exposes who you are or where you live.

Information We Collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us and a small amount of standard technical data:

Contact & estimate details — when you use our contact form or online estimate scheduler, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and service address or city.
Project information — the answers you provide about your pool, patio, or screen enclosure, and any photos you upload to help us assess your request.
Service records — once you’re a customer, the working record of your job: visit dates, water chemistry readings, chemicals used, equipment makes and models, surface types and measurements, our notes, and before-and-after photos of the work.
Automatic technical data — like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may record basic information such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and the pages you visit, through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.

We don’t collect payment card numbers on this website. Payments are handled through our payment provider, and we only see what they show us — typically the last four digits and whether the payment cleared.

How We Use Your Information

To prepare your estimate and respond to your request.
To contact you about scheduling, service, and follow-up, by phone, text, or email.
To bill you and keep our business records.
To provide, maintain, and improve our website, our services, and the tools we use to run them.
To protect our site against spam and abuse.
For marketing, within the specific limits described in the next section.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Photos, Reviews & Service Data in Our Marketing

This is the part people most want to understand, so here it is plainly.

Photos you upload for an estimate are used to evaluate your request and quote it accurately. We don’t publish those.

Photos we take of completed work, the reviews and testimonials you give us, and de-identified service data (water chemistry readings, chemical usage, pool size and surface type, equipment models, job duration, and similar operational details) may be used in our marketing, on our website and social media, in printed material and ads, for training, and to improve our services and the software tools we build. This is described in Section 10 of our Terms of Service.

What never appears in that material:

Your full name, street address, phone number, or email address.
Any image identifying your home — house numbers, mailboxes, street signs, vehicle tags, or recognizable faces are cropped, framed out, or blurred.
Service data connected to you by name. Pool and job data is used in aggregate or with identifying details stripped out, and it is never sold.

If you’ve posted a public review on Google or another platform, we may republish it as it already appears publicly — usually a first name and city. Anything beyond that requires your separate written permission.

Opting out: email info@h2oas.is and we’ll stop using your photos, review, and data in new material and remove existing uses where reasonably practicable. We can’t recall material already printed or distributed, or edit a review on a platform you control.

Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling, and service. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging and scheduling providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose. Full details are in our Text Message Terms.

How We Share Information

We share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

Email & messaging delivery — to send and receive your request, our reply, and service notifications.
Spam protection — we use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify form submissions; its use is subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Hosting & scheduling software — the systems that run this site and manage our routes, estimates, and customer records.
Payment processing — our payment provider, which handles card details directly.
Analytics & advertising — we may use Google services (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and the display of our Google reviews), subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
Business transfer — if the business is ever sold or reorganized, customer records may transfer with it, subject to this policy.

Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences (such as light or dark mode), to understand how visitors use the site, and to measure our advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work as well without them.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and manage personalized advertising at Google My Ad Center. We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control signals where they’re presented. A full breakdown is in our Cookie Policy.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request and provide our services, and as required for our legitimate business or legal purposes — typically, estimate requests that don’t become jobs are kept for about two years, and customer service and billing records are kept for at least the period Florida tax and business records law requires. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable safeguards: encrypted connections on this site, access limited to people who need it to do the work, and providers who maintain their own security practices. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we don’t collect more than we need, which is the best protection there is.

Your Choices

Opt out of marketing email any time using the unsubscribe link, or by replying and telling us.
Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
Opt out of marketing use of your photos, review, or service data by emailing us.
Request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We’ll respond within 30 days, and we may need to keep records required for tax, warranty, or legal reasons.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
