Text Message Terms

These terms cover the text messages sent by AbstraScapes LLC, doing business as H2Oasis Pools & Patios. They’re part of our Terms of Service, and our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

What We Text You About

We text about your work, not about somebody else’s promotion. Typical messages:

Confirming an estimate appointment or a service visit.
Letting you know we’re on the way, running late, or rescheduling for weather.
Asking a question about access, a gate code, or something we found at the property.
Sending an estimate, an invoice, or a payment reminder.
Occasionally, a seasonal service reminder or an offer — only if you asked for those.

How You Sign Up

You consent to receive texts when you give us your mobile number on our estimate form or contact form, check the messaging consent box, text us first, or give us the number and ask us to text you. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything from us — you can be a customer and never get a promotional message.

Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies with what’s happening on your job — a busy week might be several messages, a quiet month none at all. Message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your mobile carrier. We don’t charge you for texts.

Opting Out and Getting Help

Reply STOP to any message and we’ll stop texting that number. You’ll get one confirmation message and nothing after that. You can also call us at (407) 946-1854 or email info@h2oas.is and ask us to remove your number.

Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly at the number and email above.

Opting out of texts doesn’t cancel your service — we’ll simply reach you by phone or email instead.

Your Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the messaging and scheduling providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only so those messages can reach you.

Delivery and Carriers

Messages may be delayed or fail to deliver for reasons outside our control — carrier issues, coverage, a full inbox, a device that’s off. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If something is time-sensitive and you haven’t heard from us, please call.

Text messages are not a secure channel. Please don’t send payment card numbers or other sensitive information by text.

Keeping Your Number Current

If you change or give up your mobile number, please tell us, so messages meant for you don’t reach whoever gets the number next.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date when we do.
